At Oceanside Mortgage Company, we have greatly simplified and improved the loan origination process. This truly differentiates us from many of our competitors. Our goal is to provide all of our borrowers with Great pricing and low closing costs. Here is how we can do this:
End to End Mortgage Service
At Oceanside, we manage the loan process from beginning to end. Rather than outsource to a third party, we will complete your loan application, processing, underwriting and closing in house. On most of the loans we originate, we even collect your monthly mortgage payments. By owning the mortgage process, we can easily remove inefficiencies and maximize customer service. While a typical mortgage company takes months to complete a mortgage transaction, we can complete your loan in as few as 7 to 14 days.
No Closing Costs
We believe in investing in our customers. On most of the loans we offer, we will pay your third party closing costs. This will help to reduce your loan amount and maximize your savings.
We Pick Up the Phone (and answer our email and text messages)
When you call our loan origination center, a real live human will answer your call! We give you access to the loan origination team by phone, email, fax, chat and even text messaging. We want you to feel comfortable contacting our staff in whatever method works best for you. We have staff available every day from 8:00am to at least 9:00pm to answer your questions.
Big enough to compete, small enough to be efficient
We aren’t a huge mega bank and you won’t see our name on the side of any stadiums. We keep our overhead low so that we can pass on the savings to you. We are a direct lender approved by FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae. This means we can offer all our loan programs with minimal to no extra requirements.
The MortgageTracker and Consumer Portal
We provide regular loan updates so you can track your mortgage throughout the loan process. You will get an email from our MortgageTracker each time your loan hits a new milestone. You will also have access to a secure Consumer Portal that provides real-time loan information and a list of outstanding items we need from you.
We Give Back
For every loan we close, we make a donation to charity. We believe it is important to give back. Many of the charities we donate to are housing or veteran related. We even let you help us pick which charities we donate to! After you close on your loan, you will be contacted to complete a survey process. At the end of the survey, you can select one of the over 20 charities on our list.
